We want you to love your Panic! At The Disco gear, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Merch

Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
